How to Take on Leadership in any organization. When as a leader, the area of your position is challenged and you don’t rise to it, you have declared your position vacant. Every time you see an unsolved problem, you are seeing a dysfunctional leadership. Judges 5:6-7. God’s method of solving a problem is by raising a leader. Everybody is looking for who will take the lead. The world’s biggest problem is not natural resources or human resources but leadership problem. The reason why people don’t want to rise is that they feel inadequate. Anything you see surviving and residing long is because there is a leader over it. Greatness demands a lot of energy.

How to Lead

1. Lead by and from your position. Use your headship to get things done. When we talk about getting things done. it means putting things in the way that is should be this includes correcting errors, implementing new laws if necessary you try to different in your leadership from the previous leaders.

2. Lead by instructions and teachings. What you want your people to know, train them. You will not perform better beyond your level of training. People that have not fed from you may not respect you the way you want them to.so to avoid it you must them by seminars, giving them tutorials. When teaching you avoid being arrogant, shouting too loud. Rather try to be creative think of what to do to attract all their attention you for you to flow in your teaching. 

3. Get involved in their personal lives. Don’t be only interested in the work and you are not interested in the worker. Show care. By asking about their welfare, how they are coping with laws, if anyone is sick it a good place to show care by buying drugs to pay them a visit you also try to hear from them see their own views on any matter that arises.

4. Lead by influence- by example. What will make you very influential, successful in leadership is that people trust you and trust is built out of integrity and character. You will not make much headway until you decide to take the lead. A leader who really wants to succeed in his/her leadership may be ready to lead by an example everybody is looking up to as the leader people are saying us see how our leader will react this situation if he will still stand by his laws if he will lead us by his examples there you must know that you are a watchdog of the organization that you are leading. You must be careful of your actions your words fro your mouth in most cases that is what will judge your actions with people.
