HOW TO OVERCOME SLOWNESS

a. Clearly articulate your vision because an articulated vision has the power to inspire you.
b. Limit or reduce your choices the more your choices. The more your choices, the more confused you will be. Focus delivers you from distractions and distractions slow people down. Limit or reduce your choices so that your focus can be sharp.
c. Set deadlines for yourself. Deadlines create a sense of urgency in you, it puts you under pressure.
15. Inability to muster the finances for the business. 2 Kings 4:7. Everyone has something to sell. Business is the engagement in the sales of something genuine and credible. To muster in resources, you must first look within:
a. What do you have to sell
b. Personal savings
c. Help from close family and friends
d. OPM (Other People’s money) in the form of investors
The absence of integrity is the chief cause of inability to muster finances.
16. Not establishing solid business controls. Proverbs 25:28. When starting a business, consider the establishment of water tight business controls because it will plug off the leakages and your business will have much more stability and longetivity. Types of business controls:
a. Segregation of duties
b. Policies and procedures.
c. Documentation.
d. Oversight and reviews.
17. Not having control over finances. It is a mistake no business man should ever make.
18. Thinking that success will come overnight. People who neglect process can’t enjoy success therefore you must be able to understand that success comes overtime.
19. Inability to manage success at any level.
20. Forgetting God in your business.
